Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Wing

  • 1lb Wing

  • 30 ml Oil

  • 2 tbls All Purpose Flour

  • 2tbls Hot Sauce

  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced

  • 1/4 Cup Red Pepper, Diced

  • 1/4 Green Onions, Diced

  • 1 tbls Paprika

  • 2 Tbls Butter

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

How To Prepare

  1. In a saucepan add oil and wings and cook for 3 minutes on high.

  2. Add flour and paprika and cook for another 3 minutes.

  3. Add butter, garlic, red pepper, green onions and hot sauce and cook until fully done. (approx. 5 minutes)

  4. Add potato chips in the deep fryer and cook for 5 minutes or until crispy.

  5. Season potato chips with paprika, salt and pepper.

  6. Lay potato chips on the plate and add chicken on top.

  7. Garnish with red pepper and onions.
