How To Prepare
Chocolate Cookie

Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate, brown sugar, and butter. Then stir until it is completely melted.

In a mixer, mix the chocolate mixture with the egg until well blended

In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda, then gradually add chocolate mixture to the bowl and mix until the dough forms into a ball

Roll out the dough until it is 1/4-inch-thick and freeze on a sheet of parchment paper for 15 minutes

Now that the dough is firm, remove the parchment paper, and cut out cookies with a heart shape cookie cutter

Place the heart shaped cookies on a baking sheet pan, 1 inch apart. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
Caramel Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan, add the brown sugar and whisk until fully combined

Add cream and bring to a boil. Once at a boiling point, reduce the heat to a low simmer and cook for another 7 minutes

In the final stage, add salt and vanilla and stir
