2 tbls Brown Sugar

2 tbls Ketchup

2 tbls Worcestershire Sauce

5 Drops Hot Sauce

Mash Potatoes
-
4 6oz red Russet Potatoes
-
1/4 cup milk
-
2 tbls Butter
-
1/4 FreshParsley, chopped
-
salt & pepper to taste
Vegtables

10 Asparagus
-
1 Bell Pepper, Red
-
1 tbls Butter
-
salt & pepper to taste
How To Prepare
Devil’s Steak & Sauce

Season steaks and pan fry for 2 minutes per side. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving

In a sauce pan, add ketchup, sugar, jam, Worcestershire and hot sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until bubbling, then simmer for 5 minutes
Mashed Potatoes
-
In a pot of water, add half skinned potatoes and bring to boil. Strain once it reaches the boiling point.

Mash potatoes and add milk, butter, parsley and salt/pepper to taste
Vegetables

Blanch trimmed asparagus for 3 minutes, then strain.

Chop red peppers roughly into diamond shapes

In a sauce pan, heat butter, and add asparagus to butter and season to taste
