Ingredients

Roasted Duck

  • 1 Whole Duck

  • 20ml Maple Syrup

  • 50 g Kosher Salt

  • 30 g Brown Sugar

  • 1g Dried Thyme

  • 4g Black Whole pepper

Garnish

  • Parlsey, Chopped

  • 20 thin sliced Parmigiano Reggiano

  • 20 Wontons

How To Prepare

  1. Rub the duck with maple syrup, sugar, orange juice, salt and pepper and roast for 2 hours, 45 minutes on each side. 

  2. Cut the wonton in half. Place the wonton in oil and fry for 1 minute, turning it over to cook both sides. Lay on paper towel to remove excess oil

  3. Fork about 3oz of duck on top of each wonton 

  4. Garnish with parsley and parmigiana reggiano
