2 6 oz Frog Legs

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Flour

Salt & Pepper
Salad

1/2 Yellow Pepper, Diced

1/2 Red Pepper, Diced
-
1/2 Celery Stick, Diced
-
1/4 Ice Berg Lettuce, Chiffonade

1 Scallion, Sliced on Bias

2 tbsp Olive Oil
-
1 tsp Fresh Dill
-
1 tsp Paprika
-
1 Lemon, Juiced
-
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
How To Prepare

In a bowl put marinade frog legs in with all ingredients and let it sit for 1 hour
-
In a pan, add oil and sear the legs until golden in color. Then place in oven at 350F for 15 minutes or until cooked
-
In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients together
-
With a ring mold, add the salad inside and pat down with a spoon. Remove the mold when finished
