Ingredients

Frog Legs 

  • 2 6 oz Frog Legs

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tsp Flour

  • Salt & Pepper

Salad

  • 1/2 Yellow Pepper, Diced

  • 1/2 Red Pepper, Diced

  • 1/2 Celery Stick, Diced

  • 1/4 Ice Berg Lettuce, Chiffonade

  • 1 Scallion, Sliced on Bias

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 Lemon, Juiced

  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds

How To Prepare

  1. In a bowl put marinade frog legs in with all ingredients and let it sit for 1 hour

  2. In a pan, add oil and sear the legs until golden in color. Then place in oven at 350F for 15 minutes or until cooked

  3. In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients together  

  4. With a ring mold, add the salad inside and pat down with a spoon. Remove the mold when finished
