2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

5 Drops, Hot Suace

1 Lemon, juiced

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Sprig Parsley, Chopped

Salt & Pepper

2 tbsp Blue Cheese, Crumbled
Polenta

1 Cup Corn Meal
-
3 Cups Chicken Stock
-
3 Clove Garlic, Minced

2 tbsp Butter
-
1/2 Cup Onion, Minced

2 tbsp Parsley, Chopped

1 tbsp Virgin Oil

Salt & Pepper
Vegtable

4 White Mushroom, Sliced

1/4 Cup White Wine
-
3 Cups Spinach, Chopped

Salt & Pepper
How To Prepare
Ontario Beef Striploin
-
Marinate beef with all the ingredients for 45 minutes. Then grill to a desired degree
Vegtables
-
Sauté spinach for 5 minutes or until cooked and season with salt/pepper

Sauté mushrooms with white wine salt/pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes
Polenta
-
In an oven-safe pot, sauté onions and garlic with 1 tbsp virgin oil until translucent (about 3-4 minutes)

Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Then slowly add cornmeal while whisking

Place pot in oven and cook for 35 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. The mixture should be creamy when done

Pull the pot out and add butter, parsley, salt/pepper and mix
