Pesto Salmon

3 oz salmon

1 cup olive oil

2 cups basil leaves

3 garlic cloves

1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Roasted Vegetable's

Broccoli florets

Red bell pepper
-
Red onion
-
Garlic powder
-
Roasted pepper & garic

Oregano
-
Parsley

How To Prepare
Pesto Sauce
-
In a food processor, blend all ingredients together. Gradually add in olive oil.

Rub the pesto sauce evenly around the salmon, then bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked (145F) at 350 degrees.
Roasted Vegetables
-
In a medium bowl, mix the seasoning and olive oil with the vegetables then bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

When plating, make a “X” at the center of the dish with the pesto sauce. Then add the salmon at the center with the vegetables at its designated area.
