Rockefeller Oyster

  • 6 Oysters

  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced

  • 1 Stick Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Beer

  • 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Cup Spinach, Fine Chop

  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions, Diced

  • 1/4 Watercress, Fine Chop

  • 1/4 Parsley, Fine Chop

How To Prepare

  1. Shuck the oysters, discard the top shell, remove the oyster instead and scrub the bottom shell until clean

  2. Melt butter in a large sauce pan. Add garlic, spinach, onions, parsley, watercress, breadcrumbs and apple cider beer. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the removed oysters back into the bottom shell

  4. Add 1 tbsp of mixture to each oyster shell or until it is fully packed.

  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each oyster

  6. Broil for 5 minutes or until the mixture and cheese start bubbling
