How To Prepare

Shuck the oysters, discard the top shell, remove the oyster instead and scrub the bottom shell until clean

Melt butter in a large sauce pan. Add garlic, spinach, onions, parsley, watercress, breadcrumbs and apple cider beer. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the removed oysters back into the bottom shell

Add 1 tbsp of mixture to each oyster shell or until it is fully packed.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each oyster

Broil for 5 minutes or until the mixture and cheese start bubbling
