Ingredients

Shrimp 

  • 3 Shrimps

  • 1/2 tsp Dill

  • 1 tbsp Vegtable  Oil

  • 1/4 Cup White Wine

  • 1/2 Lemon, Juiced 

  • Salt & Pepper

Salad

  • 2 Cups Spring Mix

  • 1/4 Cucumber

  • 1/2 Tomato, Sliced

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

How To Prepare

  1. In a bowl, marinade shrimps with all the ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes

  2. Add oil and sauté shrimp in a pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on high heat

  3. Cut sliced tomato again so they become thin wedges. Organize these wedges on a plate

  4. Peel the cucumber in a circular motion

  5. Organize the plate with salad, tomato, cucumber, a balsamic glaze and shrimp the way you like it
