1/2 cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Sweet Potato & Corn

1 Sweet potato
-
1 Corn on the cob
How To Prepare
Vinaigrette
-
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Stir until evenly distrusted. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
Chicken Breast
-
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with all seasonings and liquid. Place in fridge for 1 hour. Grill the chicken until fully cooked – no pink (165)
Sweet Potato & Corn

Pre boil sweet potato (skin on) and corn. About 3 minutes for the corn and 15 minutes for the sweet potato.

Wrap the sweet potato with tin foil and grill until fully cooked. (Mash when plating)

Grill corn on cob until desired color. (cut corn from cob when plating)
